"Just thinking about".......... wow....yesterday "Leapin' Lizards" I can't believe that the Annie 2007-2008  season
is  over. It seems like it was just yesterday when I sang my 1st "Tomorrow" on opening night in Orlando. Wow,
I have really had such an awesome time.  I have learned so much from everybody. I have seen so many things,
been to so many places, met so many amazing people and acted on so many different stages. I would never have
been able to do all this if I wasn't  a part of "Annie". I have been so lucky to perform for (and sometimes to even
meet) the nicest  audiences in the USA and Canada.

Playing "Annie'"  in the most amazing musical in the world is really such a great honor.  I am soooo thankful to
everyone...everyone... who  believed in me, who gave me a chance and who worked so very hard teaching me,
encouraging me and helping me play my role.    To Martin Charnin, I thank you with all of my heart for making
my dream come true. I hope you will always know that I will never forget that you gave me one of the greatest
gifts in the whole world. Thank you to Bill Berloni, Kelly Lambert, Dawn-Marie, Deena, Miss Lori, David
Zach, Chris, Bob, Trisha, Kary, Tina Marie and  everyone else  at NETworks. Thank you to the cast and crew,
my family and my friends for supporting me,  for always caring about me, for giving me a boot in the booty
every now and then, for making me laugh til my tummy hurt and for giving me the hugs and hand squeezes in all
those times when nothing else could have meant more.
To the future Annie's and to the new cast; I wish you all the very,  very best. Hold on to every moment and
enjoy every minute of the journey.
I also would  like to say to everybody out there who has or has ever had a dream.....believe with all your heart
that it can come true...because it really can. Remember to always, always keep reaching for your star.
Thank you everyone, for all the parts you have played in helping me become "Annie"  All my love  Amanda
Balon ("Annie" 2007-2008) ,
